The Royal Management Society is not a traditional college and does not offer or sell any degree. It
functions as a prestigious law society and a board of standards that offers qualifications and specializations in
various areas of law, including diplomacy, international trade, contracts, and many other legal subjects. These
qualifications are designed for professionals who have completed graduate-level education and seek to further
distinguish themselves in their careers. Our Board of Standards is comprised of govenrment officials, royal
patrons, univeristy and college and business school deans and faculty as well as leading executives and specialists
in over 50 nations.
Board Certification is a professional distinction granted to individuals who demonstrate expertise in a specific
area of law or practice. It is not a diploma or degree but rather a specialization or credential that acknowledges
a higher level of proficiency. Similar to other professions, board certifications offer a recognized benchmark of
competence and achievement. For example, bodies like the "College of Diplomates," "College of Attorneys," or
"College of International Trade" are types of board certification organizations, which focus on designating
individuals as experts in those areas.
It’s important to understand that board certifications are not degrees or licenses but rather distinctions,
specializations, designations, trademarks, and qualifications recognized at Level 7 of professional development.
These certifications emphasize a professional’s depth of knowledge, skill, and expertise within their field,
providing a distinguished credential that enhances career opportunities.
Disclaimer: While the Royal Management Society is accredited and recognized by numerous bodies,
accreditation groups, governments, associations, and standards bodies, we are not an accredited degree-selling
operation. We have no interest in selling or conferring any degree or license. Our focus is on providing
certifications and professional credentials for those seeking to specialize and gain advanced qualifications in law
and related fields.
Changes to Royal Management Society Sites:
Royal Management Society reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Royal Management Society
Site (or any portion thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you, and is
not obligated to support or update any of the Royal Management Society Sites. Royal Management
Society shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that Royal Management Society
exercises its right to modify or discontinue any Royal Management Society Site (or any portion
thereof). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance an Royal
Management Society Site shall be subject to these Terms of Use. 
Government Recognized and Supreme Court Recognized Standards
We are an official certification body that offers equivalency qualifications and board
certifications based on: Education, Degrees, Diplomas, Experience, Assessment, Exams, Ethics and
Continuing Education. We have the highest standards in the world as everyone must be
qualified with diplomas, exams, assessments, and degrees from government recognized and

Supporting Excellence in Education
Privacy Policy:
Any personal information provided by you in connection with your use of an Royal Management Society
Site, including, without limitation, any Registration Data (as defined below) you may provide as a
Registered User, will be treated in accordance with Royal Management Society’s Privacy Policy,
which is incorporated herein by reference. Except as expressly described in such Privacy Policy,
Royal Management Society Law School will not disclose any personal information about a User unless
authorized by that User or unless Royal Management Society is required to do so by law or in the
good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform with applicable laws or comply with
legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Royal Management Society; or (c)
enforce these Terms of Use. Your access and use of any Royal Management Society Site or Content
constitutes your agreement to the Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination of Use or Access:
Your failure to follow any requirement of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or
termination of access to the Royal Management Society Sites, without notice, in addition to Royal
Management Society Law School’s other remedies. Royal Management Society further reserves the right
to terminate, without notice and in its sole discretion, any User’s access to or use of any Royal
Business College Site for any reason. Royal Management Society shall not have any liability to you
or to any third party in respect of any limitation or suspension of your access to any Royal
Management Society Site.
License Grant and Content:
Subject to these Terms of Use, Royal Management Society hereby grants you a nonexclusive,
nontransferable right to: (a) access the Royal Management Society Sites; and (b) access, download
and use the information, materials, text, graphics, images, sound files, animation files, video
files, software and any other material or content made available through the Royal Management
Society Sites (the “Content”) for your personal or internal use only; provided, however, that only
Registered Users have the right to access and use Restricted Areas of the Royal Management Society
Site(s) for which they are registered. For the avoidance of doubt, Content does not include any
User Generated Content (as defined below). Unauthorized access to any Royal Management Society
Site, or to the telecommunications or computer facilities used to deliver such Royal Management
Society Site, is a breach of these Terms of Use and is a violation of law.
State Advertising Rules and Regulations & Eligible Royal Management Society Board Certifications
The disclosure of Royal Management Society Certifications cannot be disallowed by any state as per the Supreme
Court Decision: Peel v. Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of Illinois, 110 S.Ct. 2281 (1990).
However, each state can establish its own rules for the regulation of disclosure. Please view our guide to your

Supreme Court Case regarding the criteria to board certification of education, assessment, experience, continuing
education and ethics.
Standards
Please review the standards for your specialty area for certification before applying with Royal Management
Society and Royal Business College. Standards are listed here.
Candidates at an early stage should recognize that they can: Apply for admission to an accredited program and
college, gain acceptance to an accredited law program, excel in their area of focus, pass all course exams from
accredited programs, and ultimately become eligible for board certification upon meeting additional requirements
such as professional experience, ethics, and continuing education. The certification process can take 4-7 years,
depending on whether you pursue a master’s program. Our Board of Standards offers the most respected certification
path, working directly with government-recognized schools.
Florida applicants: If you are contemplating applying for Royal Management Society board certification , please
DO NOT APPLY unless you are already board certified by the Florida Bar in a similar specialty area. If you are

APPLY unless you are already board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the same specialty area.

- Impersonate another person or entity, including, but not limited to, another User or Royal
Management Society Law School member or representative, or communicate under a false name or a
name that you are not entitled or authorized to use;
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary
designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other content posted on any Royal
Business College Site;
- Attempt to “crack,” “hack,” “bomb,” manipulate or otherwise gain unauthorized access to
other User accounts, Royal Management Society servers, Royal Management Society software, or
any areas of Royal Management Society Sites that are not intended for your access;
- Harvest, mine or otherwise collect or store personal information about others, including,
without limitation, the e-mail addresses and other content of User profiles; or
- Solicit for commercial purposes any other Users, except as expressly authorized by Royal
Management Society Law School.
Furthermore, if you have the ability to post or submit any information or content to any Royal
Management Society Law School Site, you agree that you will not post or submit for posting on any
Royal Business College Site:
- Any information or content, unless you have all rights and authority to do so;
- Any inappropriate, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, potentially libelous or
slanderous, infringing, harmful, harassing, threatening or illegal content or information that
Royal Management Society, in its sole discretion, views as objectionable (including, but not
limited to, text, graphics, audio and video files);
- Any statements consisting of personal attacks, or attacks based on another person’s race,
national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other such
condition or circumstance;
- Any surveys, contests, chain letters, pyramid schemes, unnecessarily long messages or
repetitive posts, meaningless text, spamming, offensive declarations or other similarly
disruptive content;
- Any files that contain, or otherwise introduce, viruses, corrupted files or any other
similar software, programs or routines that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
or
- Any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or other forms of solicitation to Users,
individuals or entities, except as expressly authorized by Royal Management Society.
Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Royal Management Society OR
ANY OF ITS THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO USER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS,
LOSS OF USE, TRANSACTION LOSSES, OPPORTUNITY COSTS, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR COSTS OF PROCURING
SUBSTITUTE GOODS) RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THE USE
OR THE INABILITY TO USE ANY Royal Management Society SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN, ANY PRODUCT OR
SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH AN Royal Management Society SITE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, DELETION OR
ALTERATION OF USER’S DATA, OR FAILURE OF ANY SITE TO STORE USER’S DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR THE
NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT
ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
By accessing and using any Royal Management Society Site or Content, you agree
with Royal Management Society that all matters arising from or relating to the
use and operation of such Royal Management Society Site or Content will be
governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of
Colorado, Colorado Springs Federal Court Venue, without reference to its
principles of conflicts of law. The parties hereby consent to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of any local, state, or federal court located within the State of
CO USA. The parties waive personal service of any and all process and agree
that all such service of process may be made by certified or registered mail,
return receipt requested, directed to such party, at the address indicated in
Section 23. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO HEREBY
WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUIT OR PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER OR
RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
